Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh pineapple juice
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup sparkling water or ginger ale optional, for fizz
  • Ice cubes
  • Pineapple slices & mint leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a pitcher, combine pineapple juice, orange juice, coconut water, and lemon juice.
  • Stir well and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes for best flavor.
  • Just before serving, add sparkling water or ginger ale (if using) for fizz.
  • Pour over ice and garnish with pineapple slices and mint leaves.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy this tropical delight!
