Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe banana (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ cup strawberries (fresh or frozen, hulled)
  • ½ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • ¾ cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt
  • ½ cup ice (optional)
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions
 

Add liquids first

  • Pour milk and yogurt into the blender to help everything blend smoothly.

Add fruits and extras

  • Add banana, strawberries, blueberries, ice, and sweetener (if using).

Blend until smooth

  • Start on low speed and gradually increase to high for about 45–60 seconds.

Taste and adjust

  • Add more milk for a thinner smoothie or more frozen fruit to thicken.

Serve immediately

  • Pour into glasses and top with fresh berries or banana slices if desired.

Notes

  • Use all frozen fruit for a thicker, colder texture.
