- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
For the Garlic Butter Sauce:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
Prep the Steak: Pat the steak dry with paper towels. Season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
Sear the Steak Bites: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak bites in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
