Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup mango puree (or 100% mango juice)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 6–8 fresh mint leaves
  • ½ cup sparkling water or soda
  • Ice cubes

Optional:

  • 1 tsp honey or agave (if mango is less sweet)
  • Chili-salt rim or jalapeño slice (for spicy twist)
  • Mango chunks or lime wheel (for garnish)

Instructions
 

(Optional) Rim the Glass:

  • Rub lime around the rim and dip into chili-salt for a flavorful edge.

Muddle the Mint:

  • In a glass or shaker, gently muddle mint leaves with lime juice to release flavor.

Add Mango Base:

  • Stir in mango puree or juice until combined.

Fill & Fizz:

  • Add ice to the glass. Top with sparkling water or soda. Stir lightly.

Garnish & Serve:

  • Add mango cubes, mint, or a lime wheel. Serve immediately while chilled and fizzy.
