Ingredients
  

For the Grilled Chicken:

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

For the Wraps:

  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 tomato sliced
  • ½ red onion thinly sliced
  • ½ cup shredded cheese cheddar or feta
  • ½ cup tzatziki or honey mustard dressing

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken:

  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  • Coat the chicken and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes (or up to 4 hours for deeper flavor).

Grill the Chicken:

  • Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium-high heat.
  • Cook the chicken for 4–5 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice it into thin strips.

Assemble the Wraps:

  • Warm the tortillas in a dry pan for 10–15 seconds per side.
  • Spread tzatziki or honey mustard sauce evenly on each tortilla.
  • Add lettuce, sliced tomatoes, red onions, cheese, and grilled chicken.

Wrap and Serve:

  • Fold in the sides, then roll the wrap tightly from the bottom.
  • Serve immediately or wrap in foil for later!
