For the Grilled Chicken:
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp oregano
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
For the Wraps:
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup romaine lettuce chopped
- 1 tomato sliced
- ½ red onion thinly sliced
- ½ cup shredded cheese cheddar or feta
- ½ cup tzatziki or honey mustard dressing
Marinate the Chicken:
In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
Coat the chicken and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes (or up to 4 hours for deeper flavor).
Grill the Chicken:
Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium-high heat.
Cook the chicken for 4–5 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice it into thin strips.
Assemble the Wraps:
Warm the tortillas in a dry pan for 10–15 seconds per side.
Spread tzatziki or honey mustard sauce evenly on each tortilla.
Add lettuce, sliced tomatoes, red onions, cheese, and grilled chicken.
Wrap and Serve:
Fold in the sides, then roll the wrap tightly from the bottom.
Serve immediately or wrap in foil for later!
