Step 1: Make the Gluten-Free Pie Crust
In a mixing bowl, whisk together gluten-free flour, salt, and sugar.
Add cold butter cubes and cut into the flour until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Slowly mix in ice water, one tablespoon at a time, until the dough comes together.
Form into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap, and chill for 30 minutes.
