Ingredients
  

  • ½ fresh cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
  • ½ lime, juiced
  • 5–6 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon honey or agave (optional)
  • ¾ cup sparkling water or club soda
  • Ice cubes
  • Garnishes: cucumber ribbons, lime wheel, mint sprig

Instructions
 

Muddle the base

  • In a cocktail shaker or jar, muddle cucumber slices and mint to release their flavor.

Add lime and sweetener

  • Pour in the lime juice and honey/agave. Stir gently to combine.

Strain and serve

  • Strain the mixture into glasses filled with ice (optional if you like texture).

Top with bubbles

  • Add sparkling water and give it a gentle stir.

Garnish and enjoy

  • Finish with cucumber ribbons, lime, and fresh mint.
