Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • ¾ cup coconut milk (or cream of coconut for a sweeter version)
  • 1 tablespoon melted white chocolate chips (or sugar-free alternative)
  • ½ banana (optional, for creaminess)
  • ½ cup ice (optional for thicker texture)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)

Instructions
 

Melt white chocolate

  • Microwave white chocolate chips in short intervals until melted and smooth. Let cool slightly.

Add ingredients to blender

  • Add coconut milk, frozen strawberries, pineapple, banana (if using), and melted white chocolate.

Blend until creamy

  • Add ice (optional), then blend on high for 45–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.

Taste & adjust

  • Add more milk to thin or more fruit to thicken. Adjust sweetness as desired.

Serve cold

  • Pour into a tall glass and garnish with pineapple or strawberry slice if desired.
