Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb boneless chicken breast or thighs (cut into 1-inch bites)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch
  • 2 eggs for breading
  • Cooking spray

Instructions
 

Preheat the Air Fryer

  • Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and preheat for 5 minutes.

Prepare the Chicken

  • Pat dry the chicken bites with a paper towel.
  • Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.

Set Up the Breading Station (Optional for extra crunch!)

  • Bowl 1: Whisk eggs.
  • Bowl 2: Add Panko breadcrumbs.
  • Dip each chicken piece into the egg wash, then coat in Panko.

Air Fry the Chicken Bites

  • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil.
  • Place chicken bites in a single layer (don’t overcrowd).
  • Air fry at 400°F for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Check for doneness (internal temp: 165°F/74°C).

  • Let the chicken rest for 2 minutes before serving.
