Ingredients
  

  • 4 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 ½ cups self-rising flour (or all-purpose flour + 1 ½ tsp baking powder + ¼ tsp salt)

Instructions
 

Step 1: Preheat &Prepare

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.

Step 2: Mash the Bananas

  • In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth (some small lumps are fine).

Step 3: Mix the Ingredients

  • Whisk in the eggs until combined.
